Common brush types of car washers

The car wash brush is a very important part of the automatic car wash machine and the only part that directly contacts the car paint surface. The quality of the brush directly affects the quality of the car wash. What are the main categories of car wash brushes?

1. Cloth brush:

The brush is characterized by good cleanliness, short service life and easy to be covered by sand. If the vehicle is not pretreated with a high-pressure water gun during cleaning, the grit on the body can easily be wrapped in the brush, leaving obvious scratches on the body.

2. Cotton brush:

High cleanliness and high water content. However, after the nonwoven cotton material absorbs a large amount of water, the weight of the brush will multiply. Accidents are easy to occur when using small car washers. The brush has been popular in China for less than two years, and has been gradually abandoned by large manufacturers. At present, it is mainly used in various large car washing equipment.

3. Fiber brush:

The brush is made of special polymer material, which is soft and not easy to break, and can be processed into different colors. The color is very dazzling during use. At present, there are two kinds of silk shapes and sheet shapes on the market. Among them, the shape of silk is made in China, and the durability and softness of the material are poor. Long term use will damage the brightness of vehicles.

4. Foam brush:

It is characterized by light weight, high cleanliness and good dehydration. Similarly, foam brush can be divided into domestic brush and imported brush. The household foam brush is cheap, loose, easy to break and has little contact with the car body, which will affect the cleanliness. Household foam brushes are basically processed into thin strips, which is not conducive to cleaning the dirty parts of vehicles. Imported foam brush is made of compact materials, with high wear resistance.
