Forming temperature of abs material: 200-240 ℃ Drying condition: 80-90 ℃ for 2h, forming temperature of pp material: 160-220 ℃, specific gravity: 0.9-0.91 g/cm3 Shrinkage rate: 1.0-2.5%.

2、 Different performance and purpose

ABS material performance: good comprehensive performance, high impact strength, good chemical stability, good electrical performance. It has good fusion with 372 plexiglass and is made into a two-color plastic part, which can be chrome plated and painted. It is characterized by high impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardancy, reinforcement, transparency, etc.

PP material performance: crystalline material, low moisture absorption, easy to melt fracture, easy to decompose after long-term contact with hot metal. Good fluidity, but large shrinkage range and shrinkage value, easy to occur shrinkage pitting, deformation.
